Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate. Pay: $16.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

Location:

Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.

About the Position

In this role you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demos to their ideal needs. You will build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day in the Life
  • Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
  • Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
  • Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
  • Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
  • Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
  • Report competitive insights.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of job experience required.
  • Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with an outgoing personality.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
  • Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
  • Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
  • Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality.
