Deal Entry Specialist

Position Summary

The Deal Entry Specialist will provide support to Selling Teams with a specific focus on price quotes and deals in Vendavo.

• Vendavo Deal Manager – submit and renew deals for approval
• Maintain accurate pricing and eliminate inactive deviations
• Act as a liaison between the Rebate Team and Sales to assist in issue resolution, particularly related to missing deviations
• Upon completion of price updates, communicate to Sales/Distributors new pricing upon request
• Aid counterparts in managing workload demands
• Problem‑solve pricing issues for Sales Reps, Customer Service, and Distributors
• As required, assist with projects
• Work closely with Sales Reps, Inside Sales, Channel Managers, Rebate Team, Deal Desk, and Portfolio Managers
• Provide Ad Hoc reports upon request

• Leadership skills – coaching, decision making
• Time management – use processes, tools, techniques, and methods to increase productivity
• Focused and sharp attention to detail
• Extremely organized and self‑motivated
• Communication skills – the ability to express thoughts succinctly verbally and via email
• Customer Service work experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience preferred in MS Office Suite, SAP, Vendavo
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
