Job Overview

Customer Sales & Service Representative – Grandville, MI. Applied Industrial Technologies, the world’s largest fluid power distributor, seeks a proactive sales and service representative to support OEMs, industrial companies, engineering firms, and heavy equipment customers.

• Answer inbound calls and help customers identify the parts they need.
• Research and recommend appropriate components, provide quotations, and process orders.
• Provide sales support and service to original equipment manufacturers and other industrial customers.
• Support the Office Sales Representative (OSR) team by interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Preferred experience in customer service or inside sales within the industrial marketplace.
• Mechanically inclined with solid troubleshooting skills.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office, SAP/ERP, and Prophet 21 a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
