Lead or assist senior sales leaders in setting sales strategy, goals, and process improvements. Manage sales teams, ensure company processes are followed, and maintain high customer service standards. Oversee recruitment, training, retention, and development of sales representatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive and Achieve Sales Goals
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals in coordination with the Division business plan.
- Provide regular updates on sales goal achievement using C3 and other sales tools.
- Set overall market and target customer strategies to increase sales based on demographics, trends, and competitor information.
- Develop marketing and broker outreach programs to boost sales.
- Sales Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Work on the Realtor Broker Outreach program and other special projects such as land packages and product specification.
- Evaluate sales reports, staffing, turnover, cycle time, customer service, mystery shops, pricing, backlog, and inventory to identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with functional departments to achieve sales and overall business goals.
- Performance Management
- Recruit, staff, train, and retain sales roles through coaching and performance management.
- Identify performance gaps and provide solutions to narrow the gap.
- Ensure sales counselors use KBnxt’s Structured Selling Process and tools such as C3.
- Conduct performance reviews, place bench players on development plans, and lead weekly sales meetings with training sessions and strategy discussions.
- CSI/JDP
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction by executing the KBnxt business model.
- Ensure all CSI and HB1 standards are followed.
- Resolve customer service issues promptly and maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers.
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Four‑Year College Degree preferred.
- Valid Real Estate Sales License or Real Estate Broker License in specific states.
- Experience
- Manager: 3+ years of proven sales experience.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Home building or related industry preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Action oriented with the drive to push sales and marketing efforts to successful closure.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including motivating teams, employee development, conflict management, and results orientation.
- Ability to connect with people and develop professional relationships.
- Understanding of market and industry trends.
- Customer‑centric mindset seeking solutions from the customer’s perspective.
- Strong experience delivering high‑quality customer service programs; JDP experience a plus.
- Strong verbal & written communication and ability to present complex concepts accurately.
- Ability to lead effective training sessions or presentations.
- Team player with willingness to cooperate and integrate diverse ideas.
- Decisive, data‑driven decision making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; C3 or database experience a plus.
- Work Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel required:
50% of time. - Professional, ethical conduct when interacting with potential buyers and external brokers.
Manager of Sales Base Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 per year, paid semi‑monthly.
Bonus:
Eligible for discretionary quarterly bonus.
