Annual compensation is between $70,000 – $85,000 and is comprised of a base hourly wage plus commission. Full‑time employees are offered the following benefits:

The Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. The successful candidate must appear professional and build strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks include:
- Checking your vehicle daily and keeping accurate records
- Filling out daily driver’s logs, time logs, and hours of service
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in‑store promotions, and maximizing product shelf life by rotating products
- Using data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth through effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution
- Adapting to varying workdays while maintaining flexibility for service windows, non‑traditional hours, weekends, and holidays
- Working independently and as part of a team to gain industry knowledge and improve performance
- Sales experience
- Delivery experience
- High school diploma or GED
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Must have a valid state driver’s license with a documented safe driving record
- Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV
- Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4‑week company paid training)
- Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
