UKG is seeking a Vice President, Healthcare Sales to maximize revenue and exceed profitability goals. You will lead an experienced enterprise sales team, coordinate pre-sales, contract negotiations, and marketing functions within Healthcare. You’ll manage regional P&L to maintain profit margins and budgets, reporting to the GVP of Healthcare.
The role requires 5+ years of leadership, 10+ years outside sales, and experience with Enterprise SaaS WFM/HCM in healthcare. 50% travel is expected.
