Business Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

WOW! is currently hiring a Business Field Sales Executive. In this role you will identify, prospect, sell, and penetrate a set of accounts within a territory, deploying a high‑activity model to achieve a high penetration rate. You will sell a full suite of data and voice solutions.

• Outside sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to travel to customer sites and be in the field 80% of the work week
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards

• Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts within a defined territory and targeted customer base
• Drive broadband business services and solutions to SMB customers
• Lead and orchestrate WOW! resources and personnel in support of the customer relationship
• Present expertly to and engage with all pertinent decision makers
• Deliver and maintain the required monthly quota established by the department manager
• Accurately complete paperwork associated with each customer order or request
• Provide accurate weekly 30/60/90‑day sales forecasts
• Use Salesforce to improve sales efficiency and provide transparency to senior management
• Identify, prospect, and penetrate defined base of accounts
• Maintain proactive time management, interpersonal skills, and problem‑solving abilities

• Must be able to work outdoors in different climates, sometimes inclement weather
• Regularly required to drive, sit, stand, and walk
• Regularly required to talk, hear, use close vision, and focus
• Required to use hands to type, handle objects, and process paperwork
