Pearson Peterbilt Group is seeking a customer-focused parts specialist to visit assigned customers, prospect for new business, and serve as a public relations liaison for the dealership in Georgia and Alabama.
You will follow up on parts orders to ensure service is completed to the customer's satisfaction, communicate orders to parts advisors, and confirm delivery dates for non-stock items. A high school diploma, valid license, and DOT certification are required.
