** to lead our property's catering sales efforts. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a hands-on sales leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing business, building client relationships, coaching a team, and turning sales strategy into measurable results.

* Qualifications:

* +    Progressive full-service hotel catering sales experience with demonstrated success developing and closing business.

+    A track record of achieving catering, event, or food & beverage revenue goals.

+    Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals.

+    Strong commercial instincts, including an understanding of forecasting, pace, pricing, contracts, and revenue optimization.

+    Strong client relationship, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

+    An understanding of complex hotel events and the operational partnership required to execute them successfully.
