Security Officer - Evening Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance and security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and interior areas, observe for unusual conditions, and report and/or escalate issues according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or public emergency services as directed.;
Complete reports and logs, document incidents, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoffs and/or through established reporting channels.
