Security Officer Part Time Site Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or unauthorized access concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support access management, assist authorized visitors, and/or communicate clearly with property management regarding security-related matters.;
Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by helping with routine checks, observing activity in public-facing areas, and/or following post orders for after-hours and weekend coverage.
