Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor entrances and exits and assist with visitor interactions and policy compliance;
Communicate with property management, tenants, and first responders regarding incidents and security-related matters
