Marksmen Security -  - Responsibilities:
Assist Site Manager and support daily security operations to ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and customer expectations;
Assist with site training programs in conjunction with the and site leadership;
Maintain and manage the site master training matrix to ensure all required certifications, onboarding, and recurring training requirements remain current and documented;
Conduct coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training for security personnel to improve performance, readiness, and professionalism;
Coordinate and compile monthly operational and training reports for leadership and customer presentation
