Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.;
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or other communication systems, receive calls for service, and dispatch personnel to routine incidents, priority situations, and after-hours needs in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Document incidents, service requests, dispatch activity, and/or unusual conditions in logs and reports, sharing timely updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Support access control, camera monitoring, and other security-related communications functions by relaying information, verifying details, and helping to coordinate responses to building-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, helping to direct resources, communicate with emergency responders when appropriate, and/or follow post orders for escalated events.
