Security Officer Alarm Panel Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity as directed, helping to support authorized entry, provide directions, and address security-related concerns in a professional manner.;
Complete routine reports and communicate clearly with tenants, property management, and/or emergency responders regarding incidents, disturbances, and other security-related matters.
