Security Officer Morning Driver Patrol

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Montgomery, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.

* Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

* Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.

* Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by assisting with security-related inquiries, providing directions, and maintaining detailed activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
