DASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a full‑time Courtesy Officer to show a security presence at our community and ensure a safe and secure environment for our employees, residents, and visitors.

• Patrol the property, showing a physical security presence
• Respond quickly to emergency calls
• Check the property for unlocked doors, unsafe conditions, security violations, and unauthorized persons
• Report any incidents or suspicious activity to on‑site staff, management, and/or public safety authorities
• Protect the property from damage, vandalism, and theft

• Licensed law enforcement officer
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during emergency situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Clean and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
