Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.91 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with property management and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter points to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or access‑control issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas, verify authorized access when required, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
• Support daily operations by assisting with visitor direction, answering questions, and completing required reports, logs, and other security‑related documentation in a timely manner.

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
