Security Officer Part Time Driver Dispatcher

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and other communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders according to established procedures;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other required records, escalating unusual activity or critical situations to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating updates to appropriate personnel;
Coordinate routine and emergency communications with mobile officers, building staff, vendors, and/or public service agencies as directed
