Security Officer Part Time Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned locations, assist with access procedures, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with site instructions;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public emergency personnel as needed;
Be aware of licensing requirements and background checks as part of employment processes
