Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unusual conditions or incidents in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site protocols.;
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
