Facility Maintenance Tech

Overview

The Facility Maintenance Tech position will require experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, construction, etc. Assisting in the repair and maintenance of our group homes.

Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM. Available for on-call nights and weekends as needed.

To be discussed at the interview in more detail. Five County Catchment Areas:
Lamar, Marion, Fayette, Winston and Walker

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma, HS transcripts, or GED/HS equivalency certificate.
• 1-3+ years of experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and construction, is required.
• A current/valid non-expired driver's license. This position requires driving; you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record.
• Social security card.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and use computer software and programs, such as the ability to demonstrate computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
