What Drives SuccessLennox AES has an immediate opening for a Structural Welder
.
60–70 hour work weeks. Travel throughout the U.S. on 3 to 4 week deployment cycles.
Responsibilities- Work overnight in existing buildings.
- Read, comprehend, and execute work from blueprints and drawings.
- Employ fire prevention methods for occupied space welding.
- Operate safety equipment and follow safety policies for welding duties.
- Operate mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP), scissor lifts, and other applicable equipment.
- Collaborate with Fire Watch to ensure work performance meets standards.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Willingness to travel: 100% required.
- Work location:
On the road. - Language:
English required. - Driver’s License required; clean driving record.
- National Background Check.
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
- Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Work after hours as needed.
- Travel frequently throughout the U.S.
This is a non‑exempt hourly role with a starting pay range of $31–$41/hour, depending on geography, experience, and qualifications. Overtime may be earned for work beyond 40 hours per week or as required by state law.
