Commercial HVAC Technician

Lennox AES seeks a Commercial HVAC Technician to travel nationally and work under the supervision of HVAC Foremen. The role requires servicing commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, adapter curbs, electrical knowledge, and construction safety.

Work weeks typically range from 60 to 70 hours, with 3‑to-4‑week deployment cycles and required overtime.

• Certified HVAC Technician with 3–5 years experience under a Master HVAC mechanic.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines for HVAC/construction industry.
• Ability to travel nationwide on deployment cycles.
• Willingness to work overtime and in outdoor elements (hot/cold weather).
• Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Dependable judgment and planning skills.
• Creativity and latitude in solution‑finding.
• May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training.
• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.

• National background check.
• Pre‑employment drug screening.
• Motor vehicle records check (MVR).

Hourly non‑exempt role starting at $27–$36 per hour, depending on geography, experience, and qualifications. Overtime available for hours over 40 per week.
