Carpenters

Yates Construction is seeking Journeyman Carpenters with heavy industrial experience to construct and install structural wood systems, concrete forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures. These carpenters will interpret blueprints, operate power tools, and ensure all work meets strict safety and quality standards. The role is ideal for experienced industrial craft professionals who hold NCCER certification and are comfortable working in demanding jobsite conditions.

- Minimum 4+ years heavy industrial carpenter experience
- NCCER Journeyman certification or performance verification (Level II or III)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and documentation
- Personal hand tools per company minimum tool list
- Completion of required safety training (Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights)
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong safety mindset
- NCCER Level III certification
- Additional verified industrial certifications
- Demonstrated leadership directing carpenter helpers
