Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Experience Required) – $18-$22 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to maintain and service our residential community. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently while providing excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances)
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting heating and cooling issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (turns/make‑readies)
- Maintain property grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Keep accurate records of work orders and maintenance activities
- 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience required
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- EPA 608 Certification (required for HVAC work)
- HVAC Certification or Technical Training
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and work in tight spaces
- On‑call availability for emergency maintenance as needed
