• High School diploma required.
• Knowledge of trade skills: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, painting, doors, furniture, general utility.
• HVAC, plumbing, or refrigeration certificates preferred.

• Troubleshoot and repair facilities and industrial process equipment, including air handling units, exhaust fans, vacuum pumps, fire systems, generators, water systems, and mechanical alignments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to keep it in good operational condition.
• Typical responsibilities: water heaters, plumbing, building inspections, roof inspections, pest control, resetting tripped breakers, cleaning clogged drains, paint, doors, furniture repairs, pump repairs and rebuilds, equipment setting and alignment.
• Document work performed in the CMMS, including history notes and time charges.
• Make appropriate suggestions and corrections to discrepancies found in documentation, drawings, BOMs/parts lists, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• Work with engineers, craftspeople, automation and other resources on process upgrades and equipment changes.
• Provide input to engineering on design, installation, and maintenance of new equipment.
• Coordinate outside services as necessary.
• Identify equipment needs for facility upkeep by sourcing, purchasing, and installing required equipment.
• Coordinate directly with vendors in instance of emergency facility or utility repairs.
• Track and maintain service documentation relating to facility and utility repairs.
• Coordinate and execute asset removal.
