Job Summary

Ben Franklin Plumbing is seeking a qualified technician to provide commercial and residential plumbing service throughout Alabama.

• Anticipated starting pay: $52,000 annually; increases to $108,000+ depending on experience. Pay includes hourly wages and commissions.
• Supplemental hourly range: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (varies by experience and role).

• Diagnose and repair water heaters.
• Clear and camera sewer lines.
• Repair water lines.
• Repair sewer lines.
• Assist customers with repair or replacement of toilets and fixtures.
• Repair or replace disposals.
• Run or repair gas lines.
• Perform any other residential plumbing work as required.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass DOT medical exam, including drug test.
• Licensed plumber or gas fitting technician issued by the State of Alabama, or ability to obtain one promptly.
• Willingness to work after hours as needed for job completion and customer satisfaction.
• Availability to participate in an after‑hours emergency rotation.
