Position OverviewWe have immediate openings for Apprentice Commercial HVAC Installers. Apprentices will travel nationally, working under Crew Leader supervision on teams of 4‑6 members.
Required Experience- 1 year of trade experience under a Journeyman or Master HVAC mechanic.
- Experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements, including rooftop units, adapter curbs, and HVAC electrical.
- Knowledge of OSHA construction safety guidelines.
- Support crew leaders in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Travel throughout the U.S. on 3‑to‑4 week deployment cycles.
- Work overtime when required and be available for 60‑70 hour work weeks.
- Operate safely in outdoor elements and varying weather conditions.
- Read and comprehend company policies and procedures.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time; ability to work on the road.
- English language proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- National background check and pre‑employment drug screening required.
- Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check required.

Hourly non‑exempt role with a starting pay range of $18–$24 per hour, based on geography and qualifications. Overtime is paid for hours over 40 per week or as required by state law.
