What You’ll Do
  • Assist with installation and service of commercial HVAC systems
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
  • Learn to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications.
  • Support technicians in diagnosing system issues and performing repairs
  • Help load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
  • Maintain accurate service records, project documentation, and daily reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and fellow technicians.
  • Attend training sessions and pursue licensing or certification as required
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of commercial HVAC service experience (project experience preferred).
  • EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to learn electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Able in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC controls.
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
