You will work with sub-contractors and project management to inspect and monitor field crews performing excavation, boring, fiber cable installation, grounding, and site restoration—ensuring builds are accurate, on schedule, and built to spec. This role is a hands-on OSP construction position, ideally with directional drilling exposure, and requires heavy travel to field sites as
