Kowboy Fence Co. is looking for a reliable, hands‑on Fence Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the fly, and getting paid for performance.

You’ll be the go-to expert for fence repairs, small projects, and customer service in the field.

• Complete residential and light commercial fence repairs (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link, etc.)

• Diagnose issues and recommend repair solutions on‑site

• Perform small installs, adjustments, and maintenance work

• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a great experience

• Document jobs, materials, and updates through company systems

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work vehicle

• Collaborate with project managers and office team as needed

• Experience in handyman work, fencing, construction, or similar trade

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

• Strong problem‑solving skills — no two jobs are the same

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Hourly base pay + commission per job
