Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime:
Paid after 40 hours
On-call:
Rotation with additional payYour Day Independently diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment and aerial lifts
Use schematics and diagnostic software to pinpoint faults accurately
Document all work thoroughly in T3 using a laptop/tablet
Support logistics by assisting with parts and equipment pick-up/delivery
Coach junior technicians and share best practices
What You’ll Bring Hands-on experience with heavy equipment, aerial platforms, or diesel powertrains
Your own professional tool set Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics
Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record; 21+ to operate company vehicles
Nice to Have Technical trade school training or OEM certifications
Familiarity with OSHA standards
Experience working across multiple equipment manufacturers

Reading schematics and wiring diagrams
End-to-end equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
Conditions of Employment Must be able to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely, and lift up to 50 pounds at times
Safety-sensitive position; offer contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen
