Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support one of our apartment home communities in Montgomery. AL 36117 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep our community running smoothly day to day.

• Perform
  advanced maintenance and repairs
  including
  HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• HVAC systems installation and repairs: including compressors, condensers and air handlers
• Troubleshoot and repair
  appliances and building systems
• Roof and gutter repair
• Sidewalk repair
• Irrigation maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of hazard assessment and communication
• Complete
  service requests
  in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all
  OSHA and safety regulations
• Provide strong
  customer service
  when interacting with community members
• Work both
  independently and as part of a team
• Participate in
  on-call rotation
  for after-hours emergencies
• Assist with
  preventative maintenance and additional tasks
  as needed

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• General knowledge of budgeting
• 5+ year of maintenance experience
  (multifamily preferred)
• Strong knowledge of
  HVAC systems installation; troubleshooting and repairs
• EPA 608 Type I and II certification required
• C.P.O. certification required
• Strong
  organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong
  electrical and plumbing
  troubleshooting skills
• General carpentry skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable responding to after‑hours service calls
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
