Family Guidance Center of Alabama Main office (G) - Montgomery, AL 36116
Family Guidance Center of Alabama is seeking candidates to work directly with men and women who are transitioning from public assistance to greater self-reliance.
Comprehensive life coaching and caring guidance will assist participants in attaining their education and employment goals.
Qualifications- Undergraduate degree in human services field, Master's preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in social services preferred.
- Compassionate approach to working with participants and the ability to guide and support, redirect, celebrate, and remain persistently supportive.
- Excellent communication skills including using technology for outreach.
- Motivated, committed, energetic candidates wanted to join an innovative, hard-working team.
