Responsibilities Perform a broad scope of professional IT activities requiring knowledge and application of IT principles, practices and procedures. Maintain existing software systems and programs. Design and develop new programs ranging in complexity from ad hoc reports to moderately complex database maintenance modules to engineering support in the design, development, and implementation of systems. Provide research for programming support and will be centered on working with cutting‑edge technologies and applications.

Desired Skills We are seeking .NET C# application developers. Bachelor's degree or higher and 1 year IT related experience, OR any equivalent combination of experience, training, education and/or certification from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been obtained. Knowledge of intermediate programming, networking, system, multimedia or instructional technology skills. May require intermediate level training or certification. Knowledge of SDLC, technical craft and writing clean, robust and testable code.

Able to work independently and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with users of varying degrees of technical ability and understanding. Effective time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. All final candidates will be subject to a pre‑employment background investigation. Standard plus Federal (convictions in federal court).

Responsibilities Performs advanced professional IT activities for a specialized, complex assignment or functional area requiring application of advanced professional knowledge of IT principles, practices, and procedures. Responsible for designing and implementing software projects, which includes research & development of potential projects, scope analysis, managing assets of projects such as software engineers (internal or 3rd party), interns, and other technical professionals involved.

Responsible for overseeing software projects through the entire project life cycle. May supervise and/or direct the work of project teams or other lower level staff.

Desired Skills Bachelors degree and 2-3 years professional IT experience, OR Masters degree in related field, OR any equivalent combination of experience, training, education and/or certification from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been obtained. Must have a working knowledge of .NET, C#, and /or VB, and SQL. Experienced in developing internet applications. Extensive programming knowledge including system development, interface development, and database structures.

Knowledge of advanced programming, networking, system, multimedia, instructional technology skills or project management methods and applications. May require intermediate or advanced level training or certification. Experienced in working in both agile and traditional development environments. All final candidates will be subject to a pre‑employment background investigation. Standard plus Federal (convictions in federal court).
