Position TitleAssistant Golf Professional
Position DescriptionWynlakes Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Golf Professional to join our Professional Staff. This position offers strong career development opportunities within a premier private club environment focused on member service, player development, and professional growth.
ExperienceRequired Qualifications
- PGA Member or PGA Associate in Good Standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching, coaching and growth of the game initiatives
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Private Club experience preferred
- POS Software and Golf Genius Software experience preferred
- Assist in daily golf operations and Golf Shop management
- Deliver individual and group instruction, clinics, and player development programs
- Support Tournament Operations and Event Administration
- Assist with Junior Golf Programming
- Provide exceptional Member and Guest services
- Assist with merchandising and inventory control
- Support Outside Operations and Staff Coordination
- Enforce Club policies, rules and etiquette standards
- Always Maintain Professional Conduct and Appearance
