Position Summary
As part of an award‑winning team in the logistics industry, you will perform the essential cleaning and inspection functions necessary to prepare railcars for transport.

- Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures
- Inspect and assist in opening and closing railcar end doors
- Inspect railcars for damage/fatigue
- Identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services
- Through the use of backpack blowers and various scraping devices remove all debris and other contaminants which could potentially cause vehicle damage
- Maintain accountability and maintenance for all assigned equipment
- Perform housekeeping duties as required by Management
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Safety‑first mentality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Team‑work, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid state driver’s license
