Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Transportation Safety/Recruiting professional based in Montgomery, AL. The role involves managing and implementing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and handling recruitment processes to hire skilled professionals. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing transportation safety measures, planning transportation operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication across teams.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate safety data and recruitment performance
- Excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration and effectively convey safety and recruitment plans
- Proficiency in Transportation Planning and Management to ensure efficient operations
- Customer Service expertise to address client needs and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Knowledge of applicable transportation safety regulations and industry standards
- Proven experience in recruiting roles, particularly for transportation and logistics positions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred
