CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver – Southeast Fleet

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying dedicated account operating exclusively in SC, FL, GA, and AL

Annual Earnings: $70,200 $ 78,000
Weekly Gross Average: $1,400 $ 1,600
Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul
Training Pay: $150 per day (2 to 3 loads during training)
SCHEDULE & HOME TIMEGuaranteed Weekly Home Time: Potential for mid-week resets between deliveries.
Operational Flow: Early morning deliveries; drivers depart the night before or in the early AM to meet scheduled windows.
Freight Volume: 3 trailers per week, 3 to 4 stops per trailer.
THE TERRITORY & JOB SCOPEDedicated Lanes: SC, FL, GA, and AL only.
No Northern routes, no snow.
The Work: Place boxes (1-35 lbs.) onto a conveyor belt at each stop.
No Merchandising: Store personnel handle all inventory and stockingnot you.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSExperience: Minimum 3 months (solo) verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years. (Local, Regional, or OTR count; yard jockey and training time do not).
Safety Record: No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years; max 3 total incidents in 3 years.
Driving Record: No major moving violations in the last year; max 3 moving violations in 3 years.
Job History: Max 4 jobs in 1 year, 6 in 2 years, or 8 in 3 years.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) available after 30 days.
DISQUALIFIERS: No SAP drivers. Candidates who have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test are ineligible. If terminated from your last job for safety reasons, you must drive for another carrier for 6 months before applying.
