Job Overview

Western Express is seeking safe, seasoned Class‑A truck drivers to join our roster of all‑star trainers. The role offers an opportunity to become a driver trainer, provide guidance to new drivers, and earn high pay. No prior training experience is required.

• Earn up to $130,000 per year
• Driver trainers can earn up to 70 CPM
• Monthly safety bonus of up to $2,000
• Fast‑track evaluation: approved to train in as little as 30 days

• Regional and OTR lanes for dry van or flatbed (based on location)

Drive safely and effectively as both a truck driver and trainer, ensuring all trainees adhere to safety protocols, maintain mileage logs, and understand equipment operation. Provide coaching and feedback to new drivers, maintain a professional training environment, and support fleet maintenance schedules.

  A) license
• 21+ years of age
• 3+ months verified CDL‑A driving experience
• 1–3 months minimum Western Express tenure (or other driving experience if applicable)
