CDL A Flatbed Driver ($75‑$84K/yr – Full Time)
We are seeking Class A drivers with flatbed experience or those who can be trained in flatbed securement. Riders and pets are allowed at no charge.
Drivers start at 27% of the load and average $1,450–$1,600 per week. They will run the five states around their domicile and will be home every weekend.
Work schedule:
Monday–Friday (or Saturday) with a minimum of 34 hours for rest each week.
Full benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
Trucks:
Cascadias and T680s, all automatic, no more than three years old and assigned to the driver. The truck may be taken home.
- Class A experience: one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in any type of trailer 48 or longer, with at least 6 months of verifiable flatbed experience in the last three years; or
- 9 months verifiable Class A OTR or regional flatbed experience in the last three years.
- For training: one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last three years.
- No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last three years.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years. If you have a major moving violation, you may not have any other moving violations in the last three years.
- May have one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the year as long as no fatality or injury.
- May not have been terminated from most recent job for safety.
- No felonies in the last 7 years and no pending charges.
- No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
- Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug test in your lifetime, even if you have completed SAP.
Experienced flatbed drivers with five jobs or less in the last 3 years are eligible for a $5,000 bonus, paid as follows: $1,500 upon first load dropped, $1,500 at 180 days, and $2,000 at one year.
