Class A CDL Drivers - Recent Graduate No Touch (Full Time)

Class A Recent Graduates run 100% no touch freight with starting pay .55

CPM and average miles of , yielding $1200-$1500 per week – all no touch.

Drivers operate 100% no driver touch, over 50% drop‑n‑hook. Primary routes are east of I‑35, but may extend further.

Drivers are home every other week for two days.

Trainees are paid $800–$900 per week and must complete 250–300 hours behind the wheel before becoming solo, which then they will start at .55

CPM.

Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period due to limited trainers on this account.

Once a driver is solo, a dog and rider may be allowed from day one; no dog or rider is allowed during training.

Must be 21 with a valid Class A CDL.

Drivers may not have more than two moving violations in the last three years and may not have any major moving violations (such as 15+, following too closely, reckless, careless, etc.) in the last 12 months.

No more than one preventable DOT accident in the last two years, provided it is not a major accident such as rollover or jackknife, and the incident must be at least five years old.

No more than three preventable incidents (e.g., in parking lot or backing at a customer) in the last three years and no more than three DOT preventable accidents in the last three years.

Drivers may not have more than one DUI in the last five years and must never have failed a DOT drug test.

Criminal records will be reviewed but no felony convictions in the last five years and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
