UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE

• Deliver Domino’s pizza orders safely to customers with a big smile.
• When not delivering, take customer orders in person and by phone, prepare food, make pizzas, and keep the store and restrooms clean.
• Work as part of a team.

PAY & BENEFITS

The delivery driver position is a tipped role with a guaranteed base pay of $8.00 per hour. Additional pay comes from customer tips, mileage, and device reimbursement. Drivers average between $15–$20 per hour.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Age & License:
  At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for over one year and a clean driving record.
• Vehicle:
  Access to a clean, reliable, insured vehicle you can use for deliveries, with your name on the insurance policy.
• Navigation:
  Ability to read a map, handle GPS, and find your way through your delivery area.
• Personality:
  Friendly, upbeat, and ready to handle anything, including bad weather.
