Our Warehouse Selectors start at $18.27 an hour with potential incentive pay.

Schedule:

Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday 5:30pm - 5am or until all work is done.

• Safely and accurately select customer orders. Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order‑selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in aisles, and return pallet jacks to charging area.

• Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from
  -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job‑related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday; at times weekends and holidays will be required.
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
• Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $18.27/hour and $18.27/hour.

As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, and freezer premium.
