Jobot is seeking a seasoned Property Accountant to manage the financials for a portfolio of commercial properties. The role combines hands-on accounting, CAM reconciliations, and timely reporting, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and GAAP compliance.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s or CPA a plus) and at least 5 years of property accounting experience, including Yardi software proficiency. This is a permanent, hybrid role with competitive benefits.
