Job Overview

A self‑performing general contractor with over 75 years of experience in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our team.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

• Lead and coordinate field teams
• Plan site logistics and manpower
• Manage material and equipment
• Schedule and track time
• Ensure safety compliance and document records
• Supervise multiple trades and subcontractors
• Collaborate with project management to maintain schedule and budget targets
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience focusing on concrete operations
• Minimum 3 years as a lead superintendent
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and cost‑control practices
