We're searching for an individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Your ability to build trust and rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your clients to understand their personal needs to recommend the best coverage options.

- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
- The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
- Be the connection between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
- Receive claim information from clients and render advice on filing claims with their insurance provider.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a responsive, professional manner.
- Active Property and Casualty license.
- 2-3 Years Independent Agency Experience.
- Designation & Certification: CIC or CISR preferred.
- Experience with Agency Management Systems:
Hawksoft Carrier Rating System preferred. - Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Zoom.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
