CNC Grinder / 5 Axis Machinist

$30 - $35 per hour | Montgomery, OH | On‑Site | Permanent

We’re working with a highly respected aerospace and superalloy manufacturing company in the Cincinnati area that is looking to add a strong CNC Machinist/Programmer to their team. This is a clean, well‑run shop environment producing tight‑tolerance components for high‑performance applications. • Work with advanced materials including nickel‑based superalloys used in aerospace applications
• Modern equipment and technology (multi‑axis CNC machines, tight tolerance work)

• Set up and operate CNC grinding and 5 axis milling equipment
• Edit and optimize programs including use of macro commands and advanced machine functions
• Machine precision components to tight tolerances and surface finish requirements
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
• Perform tooling adjustments, offsets, and in‑process inspections
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve efficiency and quality
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle times and setup reduction
• Maintain quality and production standards in a precision manufacturing environment

• Strong experience with CNC grinding and/or high precision machining
• 5 axis milling experience required
• Experience using macro commands and advanced CNC programming functions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and precision inspection equipment
• Experience machining complex materials and tight tolerance components preferred
• Background in aerospace, medical, defense, or high precision manufacturing environments is a plus
