* Minimal Saturday call
* No holidays Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers treatments safely, and evaluates patient outcomes. Job Requirements:

* Associate's Degree - Nursing (Required)
* New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. (Required)
* Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a Same Day Surgery setting
* Registered Nurse licensure (Required)
* ACLS PALS may be required but is dependent on unit or department Preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
* Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings accurately.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on patient needs and clinical standards.
* Safely administer medications, treatments, and utilize equipment according to policy.
* Advocate for patients while maintaining a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
* Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
* Recognize and respond to emergency situations appropriately.
* Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
